FAQs
How do I bid for a car?
We don't hide fees behind quotes. Every cost is calculated up-front, every milestone is timestamped, and you can pause the process at any stage. Register, fund your wallet with a 40% deposit, and place your bid — we handle the rest.
What happens after I win a bid?
Once you win, you'll receive a win notification and have 48 hours to complete full payment. Automami then arranges shipping, clearing, and local delivery based on your selected options.
Can I inspect the vehicle before buying?
All vehicles are sold "as-is" at auction. You can review the condition report, photos, and damage disclosures on the listing. We recommend reviewing these carefully before bidding.
How long does shipping take?
The full process from auction win to handover — including shipping, customs clearing and local delivery — typically takes 45–60 days.
